| Description: | Based in Northeast Ohio, Area Wide Protective (AWP) is a rapidly growing $65 million national safety services provider. AWP is America�s Traffic Control Leader, representing nearly every major public utility � electric, gas, and telecommunications. |
| Duties: | � Obtain ATSSA Certification.
� Manage day to day operations of Facility including but not limited to; timekeeping, benefits, time off requests and employee relations.
� Interview and hire qualified internal and external candidates for job vacancies.
� Coach employees in Traffic Control standards and company policies to ensure safe and compliant work zones
� Facilitate monthly employee safety meetings and participate in safety committee meetings.
� Communicate with corporate office as needed regarding employee issues.
� Perform work zone inspections and regulatory audits.
� Develop close relationships with existing customers.
� Solidify AWP�s presence in the service area and identify potential opportunities for growth.

| Qualifications: | � 2-3 years of Construction, Route, Fleet or Transportation Management.
� Prior experience in Traffic Control Services or Utility or Construction Industry.
� Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills.
� Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office products and Internet Explorer.
� Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office products, and customer relationship management systems.
