Performance Analyst

Description:The Performance Analyst will work as part of the operations team to identify better work and business processes through data analysis. They will establish and maintain a knowledge system that tracks company performance. As part of this, they will define and develop performance metrics; analyze and recommend data collection process improvements; and ensure data integrity as it relates to reporting and analytics. They will also create and manage a dashboard that allows field staff to monitor and manage performance more effectively.
Duties:ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

� Using tools developed in this role, the analyst will assist management with strategic initiatives as well as execute tactical assignments as matters arise. This position will assist in the development of performance measurements and quality reporting
� Work with multiple tools and data resources in order to aid the business with both strategic and tactical decision making and perform Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly collection and reporting of performance data. Develop, monitor and understand metrics, goals and scorecards for Field productivity
� Use MS Access, MS Excel or other tools to import, arrange, manage, analyze, interpret and report facts and trends to management in order to make sound business decisions.
� Develop analytics to gain insights into operational results and utilize benchmarks to understand trends and drive improvements
� Constructively challenge existing processes where an alternative solution could improve service quality and efficiency, reduce costs and increase income and organizational performance.
� Establish, develop and implement relevant sales management standards to insure robust monitoring and measurement
� Provide regular reporting on new pipeline and existing customers and provide a meaningful reporting set to allow full sight of sales performance.
� Conduct analysis of contract performance to projected financial outcomes & contract terms, evaluates other performance, reports to management on findings & recommendations; prepares the performance indicators report.
� Develop necessary analytic tools to analyze contract performance to expected outcomes, compares contract terms w/ actual results, identifies system and/or documentation errors resulting in inaccurate payment, & reports findings & recommends improvements to management. Streamlines processes where possible.
� Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:� Minimum 4 years of analytical experience (budget, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, engineering - based), including at least 2 years in any of the following: financial planning, data analysis, database management, or statistical sampling
� Experience in developing and maintaining performance tracking systems preferred including performance scorecards or dashboards.
� Familiarity with analytical techniques, including trend analysis, forecasting, modeling, and/or experiment design. Possess a sharp eye for trends and analysis and have the ability to make resolution recommendations.
� Ability to understand different business disciplines within the company and experience working with cross-functional teams
� Strong business analysis and operations management skills combined with strategic thinking, problem solving and time management skills
� Process Improvement Experience � Lean Six Sigma or similar preferred
� Expert level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) or similar database development/management experience
� Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management or equivalent experience
