| Description: | This is an open job for people with Traffic Control Industry experience who would like to be considered for management level opportunities within our corporate or regional offices. |
| Duties: | � TRAFFIC CONTROL INDUSTRY EXPERTISE
o Develop a superior understanding of AWP�s, American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA), State Department of Transportation and local traffic control rules and regulations.
o Become a Subject Matter Expert in Work Zone Setup and Design and Professional Flagging responsibilities
o Obtain ATTSA Certification
� EMPLOYEE HIRING AND DEVELOPMENT
o Identify, interview and hire qualified people interested in becoming Traffic Control Professionals
o Train Employees in Traffic Control standards and company policies to ensure safe, compliant work zones
o Conduct monthly employee safety meetings
� EMPLOYEE MANAGEMENT
o Manage day to day employee issues including payroll, timekeeping, benefits, time off requests, customer issues and training requirements.
o Communicate with corporate office as needed regarding employee issues.
o Review employee work zone set up to ensure safety and compliance
� EMPLOYEE UTILIZATION
o Assign Employees to daily work.
o Provide information to employee regarding work location and equipment needs.
� CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
o Develop close relationships with existing clients in order to foster the growth of the Indiana Market.
o Understand customer needs including location, equipment and staffing requirements
o Follow up with customers to ensure needs are being met through the services that are being provided. Suggest alternative solutions as needed.
o Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
� CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT
o Work closely with Sales and Operations Teams to solidify AWP�s presence in the local marketplace and to identify potential opportunities for additional business.
o Develop and grow the Indiana client base by marketing our services to utilities, contractors, construction, EHS, paving and other related companies.
o Market to clients via telephone as well as in-person with key customer decision makers for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients.
o Build strong relationships with existing customer base to maintain and grow AWP�s business.
� OFFICE OPERATIONS
o Responsible for all regional office operations including corporate communication and reporting.
o Convey the corporate focus on SAFETY to employees and customers.

| Qualifications: | REQUIREMENTS:
� Track record of successful sales growth as shown by managing a profitable growing regional location.
� 2 or more years of experience managing people and process
� Strong customer service mentality and proven track record of customer service success
� Record of growth resulting in increased revenues
� Track record of success in managing others
� Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
� Understanding of marketing functions a plus.
� Strategic and tactical thinking ability to enable growth of the market
� 4 year degree in Business related field preferred.
� Prior experience preferred in Traffic Control Services, Rental Equipment, Utility or Construction Industry
� Able to understand and communicate AWP�s value proposition and present it to customers
� Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office products, and customer relationship management systems.
